Scope<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Returns &amp; Refunds Policy applies to all orders of products purchased through the <em>Pharaoh Kids<\/em> online store and delivered to addresses in Germany. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply in addition to our Terms &amp; Conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Right of Withdrawal (14\u2011day statutory return period)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a consumer in Germany, you have the right to <strong>withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Start of the withdrawal period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The withdrawal period begins on the day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you receive the goods, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a third party designated by you receives the goods (who is not the carrier).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Duration of the period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet the 14-day period, you must send back the goods <strong>within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will <strong>refund all payments received from you immediately, and no later than 14 days<\/strong> from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Returning the Goods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 Return shipping costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Return shipping costs within Germany are borne by the customer<\/strong>, unless the product is defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free returns are only offered if explicitly stated as part of a promotion or goodwill by <em>Pharaoh Kids<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 Condition &amp; packaging<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please return the goods <strong>unused<\/strong>, with all accessories, packaging, and labels intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3 Return address<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive a <strong>return address and instructions by email<\/strong>. Do not send items back without return instructions; otherwise, your refund may be delayed or denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sealed goods that are <strong>not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons<\/strong> once unsealed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods that are perishable or have a short expiration date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audio or video recordings, or software, once the delivered media have been unsealed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Refunds for Defective Goods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the delivered goods are <strong>defective, damaged, or not as described<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may choose between <strong>repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs in this case are covered by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send photos of the defect to our customer service: <a href=\"mailto:info@pharaohkids.de\">info@pharaohkids.de<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Refund Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>purchase price<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any <strong>standard shipping costs<\/strong> (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No later than 14 days<\/strong> after confirming the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
