Returns & Refunds Policy

(for customers in Germany / EU)

1. Scope

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders of products purchased through the Pharaoh Kids online store and delivered to addresses in Germany. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14โ€‘day statutory return period)

As a consumer in Germany, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Start of the withdrawal period

The withdrawal period begins on the day:

  • you receive the goods, or
  • a third party designated by you receives the goods (who is not the carrier).

2.2 Duration of the period

To meet the 14-day period, you must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

4. Returning the Goods

4.1 Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs within Germany are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
  • Free returns are only offered if explicitly stated as part of a promotion or goodwill by Pharaoh Kids.

4.2 Condition & packaging

Please return the goods unused, with all accessories, packaging, and labels intact.

4.3 Return address

You will receive a return address and instructions by email. Do not send items back without return instructions; otherwise, your refund may be delayed or denied.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Goods that are perishable or have a short expiration date.
  • Audio or video recordings, or software, once the delivered media have been unsealed.

6. Refunds for Defective Goods

If the delivered goods are defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • You may choose between repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation.
  • Return shipping costs in this case are covered by us.
  • Please send photos of the defect to our customer service: info@pharaohkids.de.

7. Refund Period

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund:

  • The purchase price
  • Any standard shipping costs (if applicable)

No later than 14 days after confirming the return.

8. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, for example:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

Exceptions can be arranged individually.

10. Care & Exchange Instructions

  • Inspect items immediately upon receipt.
  • Do not wash, alter, or remove tags from items to ensure smooth returns.
  • Exchanges for a different size or color are offered subject to availability.

This Returns & Refunds Policy is drafted in accordance with German and EU consumer protection laws.
